SCAD Hong Kong

Hong Kong is a culturally diverse city, known for being a business capital and keeping up with the latest fashion trends. The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) Hong Kong combines the two elements and offers a multitude of courses in the Arts.

Having renovated the former and historic Kowloon Magistracy building in the Sham Shui Po district into a creative centre, students are provided with access to facilities including an art gallery, computer laboratories and digital studios.

The university provides an environment to learn and create with a diversified perspective of the Arts from students all over the world, and teachers with exceptional backgrounds. Moreover, students are provided with the opportunity to explore a different city (SCAD is also present in Savannah, Atlanta, Lacoste and online through SCAD eLearning).

Believing in preparing for the professional world, SCAD’s main focus is to supply students a simulation of life after SCAD by encouraging students to build networks internally and throughout the duration of their courses, build relationships with industry partners, including local and international organizations.

SCAD Hong Kong cultivates international teaching methods and practices. It is inspired by the colorful and creative scene in Asia. SCAD Hong Kong is more than ready to cultivate their western paradigm and integrate it with the ever-changing Chinese culture.
