CLOCKENFLAP 2017 A GO!

It’s just been announced that veteran British trip hoppers Massive Attack will be the headline act at this year’s 10th annual Clockenflap Festival, generally regarded to be the city’s biggest and best music and arts festival.

The Bristol legends, due to release a new album this year, top an initial lineup that also includes Canadian indie-rock singer Feist, US rockers the Dandy Warhols, world music act group Tinariwen and Nigerian electronica collective Ibibio Sound Machine.

Regional acts so far include Korean hip hop singer Dean, Chinese rap group Higher Brothers, Taiwanese band Hello Nico and a reunion by Hong Kong act Fan Hung A.

More name acts are sure to be announced in the weeks and months ahead.

Similar to last year, Clockenflap will be held at the Central Harbourfront from November 17th through the 19th. Tickets for the three day event range from HK$640-1,410, with free entry for children under 12. Special early bird rates are currently available until July 4th at www.ticketflap.com
